Portland Chapter Holiday Reception

Wednesday, December 17th, 3:30pm - 5:30pm

NOTE: Due to weather conditions, this event has been changed to a Web-based event only so we can still discuss topic ideas for our 2009 meetings.  The Web conference will run for 30 minutes starting at 3:30pm, the original start time of the reception.  Details about the Web conference were emailed on the afternoon of 12/16 to all registered participants.  There will be NO IN-PERSON MEETING.  Thank you.

Over the past few years this event has been one of our most popular: the ISF Portland Chapter Holiday Networking event. Come meet some new and familiar faces with the ISF and see what your Internet colleagues have been up to! The Portland chapter now has over 150 members.

As in past years, after about an hour we’ll move from mingling to a round-table discussion, throwing it open to any profession-related topics, questions, etc. that are on your mind, which will help us to determine some of our meeting topics for the coming year. Past attendees have told us that this group discussion is time-well spent.

Highlights

  • Feedback during the round-table discussion will help to shape our 2009 meeting topics, so come with your ideas and help define the future direction of our chapter.
  • We will provide a brief update on recent ISF developments including new chapters and a preview of the upcoming Corporate Internet Strategist Study research report.
